Rite im not sure about the bumbers but for the trim along the side of the car tht is held on by a strong adhisive (glue) So i used i hairdrier to heat it up and it came off then to put back on went down halfords and got some adhive to put back on..

Not sure about bumbers or arches sorry

the bumpers front - theres some bolts at the back of the bumper at the bottom and 2 at the top, not sure if theres much more i got a haynes manual for mine, its 1994 or 1993 - 1997 but mines is 1998 but no difference to be honest :) the back is the screws at the top of the bumper where the tail gate meets it, and there maybe be a couple under neth, just check mate thatl be the best way and to get the archs done its just bolts i think not sure, or its screws and they pop off

hope that gives you lil bit of help mate

arches are simple but arkward. the bolts are behind the wheel arch liner which is just clipped in place along the side of the wheel are. pull it back or remove it and theres about 5 bolts. undo them and the arch shud come off. one of these bolts also holds the bumper so u'll need to do this before you can take the bumpers off.

if you pull it back rather than remove it WILL hurt
