have you got a cone air filer on it? as these apparently cause them to lag a bit more, but for my car anyway the power doesnt kick in until 4,000rpm ish anyway, but then it does go all the way to the redline tho.
TURBO LAG IS JUST FOREPLAY ;)

OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts

Thanks to everyone for an awsome weekend at pvs!

yes mate i am running a green cotton cone filter it does need a service but i wouldnt of thought that would make a huge differance it just seems that when you put your foot down it doesnt seem to accelerate very quick with the revs

u wud be supprised the difference a service can make.

new oil and filter means the engine is proper lubricated and works alot more effecintly
new spark plugs means a better spark that will ignite the fuel faster
new fuel filter means cleaner fuel and it will move around more effecintly
etc.

and if its due one anyway theres no reason not to lol
