how low can you go?

Post by dinglec20xe »

time to spend ages making the build thread on my corsa, please bare with me!

the car currently is a 1.2 8v shell with the 1.4 sport engine in it, its still running the 1.2 gearbox (rapid as hell for a 1.4).

spec:
fully stripped
lexan polycarbs (boot and both rear windows)
1.4 16v running 1.2 8v gearbox
calibra leathers
14" steelies with yokohama A539s all round
full front coilovers lowered 120mm
shortened rear shocks with 80mm springs with 2 cut coils
straight through centre exhaust and decat
flamer kit!
cotton green air filter

and on to the redtop
fully stripped to be rebuilt by myself it came with a courtney sport 'group n' chipped ecu

acid dipped and painted with new core plugs (has been painted red now)

before honing

after honing

then these turned up

main bearings/crank in

pistons in

inlet manifold and fuel rail back from paint

more to come,

few pics of mine and my mates corsa and my old arizona

my old one lowered 40mm

and then 90mm on coilovers :D

thanks for looking!
