The dial to turn my rear window heater on and off wont pull out or push in. I realised recently when the car steamed up that the rear window heater is constantly on all of the time. Also when the fan is turn right to zero you can still feel a slight breeze coming up through the vents. I want to get my windows tinted but i obvously cant if the rear window heater is constantly on.
Any quick and easy way of fixing this problem?

A slight breeze is normal if you're driving, it's just air being forced in as you move.
As for the demistor, you can remove the relay by the fuses to stop it from running all the time until you can sort out the switch.
