id try a diffrent garage or get an morning slot as iv had a car fail in the afternoon but pass in the morning

might not work but worth a try

i'd also reset the ecu, just incase its cockd up some where, just disconnect the battery for half a hour should clear it

car is back on the road, it was a faulty lambda sensor haha.
