change to single V belt alternator system, and if you'v got hydraulic power steering then a conversion 2.0 power steering mount, the arb blocks aernt necessary well i havent used any, 2.0 16v power cap as standard top hat wont fit, a performance exhaust system to accompany the 2.0 16v manifold as standard will be to small, and as its a 1.2 8v i guess, you'l need a 16v fuel pump from a 16v corsa, and you'l need to change your fuel lines up front. oh and with the 2.0 16v you'l NEED to change the cam belt KIT!!!! dont skimp out and buy just the belt, and change the water pump, and then need to sort out hoses to fit roose do make proper ones, and i would sugest to buy the stainless rear water rails aswell as the standard plastic ones split.
basically you wont get much change out of £800 / £1000 after you'v done it all.

like pricer said you a power cap but the bulk head will need cutting or you can get the ecotec pipe from a 1.8 cav and buy a throttle body adaptor plate and you wont have to cut it the bulk head.
