this is mine on a set of FK's when it first did it and yes they do go very low this wasnt even set as low as they could go though, bearing in mind these are 14inch rims, iv had to raise it at the front a fair bit to fit my 16's under now though.

yea they're good they do the job, any spring kit will do the job, and theirs only so low you can go with a car anyway to get away from problems with speed bumps and general sump scrape from normal road camber.

its fine with mine in iv got an XE lump so its heavier and it rides fine, but i am going to upgrade to some 300lb front springs tho i hope soon to just stiffen it up a bit more with the extra weight.

nah just stiffer ones because the engines heavier than a small block thats all. just like some 300lb springs, my mates got some i can have cheap but need to see if they'l fit first, see what internal dia my springs are if they're 2inch or 2.5inch. but tbh from the little 3/4 of an hour i drove it with the battery in the back and lost alot of wires and stuff and all the inlet manifold etc it drove pretty sweet, but for your car these springs will be more than good enough.
