Lowering clutch?

Post by JamieTee_ »

How do you lower your clutch as mine seems to be a tad high and want it a bit lower heard people speaking about it but not a clue how to, not sure if there's a how to thread or not I've tried searching but it's not working on my phone at the minute, any help appreciated guys :)

There's a black adjuster block on the clutch arm, just screw it out but too much and it won't work correctly
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

It's not really something I'd recommend doing unless the clutch is absurdly high, there's a high risk of doing it to slack and the clutch slipping or disengaging will changing gear and mashing the gearbox

So just be carefull of how low you adjust it
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Well that's the thing about it, was your adjuster 4 turns in was 5 or 6 or 1 turn in, there's no way for me too tell if it's to far or not far enough

The only way to judge is make sure the clutch still has a good feel to it on the pedal and go through the gears with the clutch in a couple times to make sure it still goes in and out as should
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway
