just the price of tickets which will be collected before hand, so it costs the organiser nothing but his/her time

How do you go on about booking a area for show stand ?

I could organise if its not to much hassle and loads of paper work with health and safe Blah Blah Blah

Make a thread collect the money and buy the tickets has to be 5 I think to book the stand and that's it

If you have any bother with it pm me, Im just flat out with work and don't have time to sit at the pc

What so you pay for 5 people/cars and anyone else is free or do the people who want to come come pay individually for each car e,g a total of 10 cars??

Min of 5 cars before you can book a stand

Everyone that attends needs to pay for a ticket so if 10 come you need 10 tickets at 15 each
