Hey guys so no real updates as of yet because the car has just been kinda getting used as a work horse through the winter and not getting much tlc. But PVS is closing in and want it ready for that so better get my finger out the list of to do's as it stands are
-paint bumpers front and rear
-paint passenger side
-repair and paint the roof
-repair and paint the tailgate
-try and source some calibra leather rear seats (somewhere)
And re-carpet my boot floor plus a full valet/detail
So a bit to do, so possibly might take a week off work but still go in just to crack on with it as I work in a body shop.

So more updates to follow very soon

I'm doing the very best Nath, just keeping the head down and working away! What about yourself?

Well it's nice to have an idea of where to go with the car.
12th of June, I'll probably be in the midst of exams :( so i'll probably not be able to go. Should be a good show, will this be your first year at it?

So finally got my arse into gear today and got some stuff done on the car, nothing body related but got a start in my interior
My boot was a mess so made a start on tidying up
Image
Made a false bottom to sit over the spare wheel well and a nice flat surface for my sub
Image
Then carpeted
Image
Had some cut offs left from the carpet so as you can see in one picture there is 2 grey pieces of carpet under the panelling in the boot so wrapped them up too with audio carpet

This still needs finished of because I'm going to do the same to the back of the seat and hide all the wires for the amp behind it and then possibly going the audio trim the rear panels so that it's all carpeted out when you lift the boot

Although it's not finished its a massive improvement on what it was like and it looks so much cleaner all black in there plus the carpet that is on the sub matches the floor now [emoji106]

Also today I changed my horn from a Vauxhall one to an Opel one

Should have smoothed it while you where doing work on it, looks sweet though arden is the best colour :)
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway
