i would smoth it with fiberglass and filler then use the wires of the window wiper conected to a solinoid to pop the boot the only thing is you need to be carefull when your driving not to hit the wiper stalk

where do i get a solanoid?
can i wire it up via the battery and to a flick switch?
is it easy to do?

you can get them off ebay for under 10
you can wire it to the battery but then you have to run the cabels the whole length off the car
but outher than that its quite easy

i live on a farm, dust free is not an option. hahaha
the paint job will not be perfect but in going to use lots and lots of laquer and buff it up.
have never sprayed a car before, hahaha
am getting quite worried.

i have a big workshop too, its much cleaner and tidyer than the barn my cars in at the moment.
i have just orderd smoked clear rear lights,polished bonnet lifts and m3 mirrors.
things are looking up.
oh yeah and im spraying it black.

i wouldent do it black the worst colour it shows the slightest imperfections up lol i was gonna go black but as its my first real go i decided to go with ornage as it wont show up as mcuh! good lukc with it thoe mate,just a tip thoe make sure the room u are in is at least as mosture free as poss put a de humidifier in there for a few dasy b4 to get rid of some,otherwise u wil get like tiny bubbles all over the car

yea so did i mate wanted black with ametle flake or summet like that but the decidd it been my first 1 to go wiht a colour that could still make it look half decent even if its 1 big f**k up

just got all the inside areas sprayed black(inside doors, under bonnet, inside boot.)
all parts arrived today, new lights and bits and bobs.
im getting excited now.
am going to rip all interia out when its sprayed and re-spray the inside, am looking for a nice piar of bucket seats, if anyone knows of any?
