Missing when started up from cold

Sometimes if i havent stared my 1.2 16v corsa b up for a couple of days it will start but then it will sound as if its missing for about 30 seconds and then it will clear and will run fine. The plugs have already been changed. Im not sure what else it could b. Any help would be great!

clean you throttle body out and make sure all your breathers are clean and breathing

if you have some silicone based spray lubricant, give both ends of your ht leads a spray, also check on your spark plugs that the electrode gap is set correctly, and like the lad said above about the breathers etc...
