car already lowered 60mm on standard shocks, need advice

my car is lowered 60- 40 on jamex springs but standard shocks, if i change the shocks to jamex ones, will the ride be lower because the shocks are stiffer? also if i was to get the shortened shocks, would that make the ride lower? i think it will but i cant quite come to a dead set answer , yes or no?

yer it should go slightly lower matey . but your being clever putting the correct shocks on, you will notice your handling increase alot
