Irritating faults

Good morning people,

Just signed up here so Hello, and also recently got a 1996 Corsa Sri, not a bad little car but got a few faults that irritate me so wondered if you guys could help. I did do a search but couldn't find anything.

1) My speedo dial seems to be making a really weird buzzing noise, which is louder the faster I go!?

2) At the petrol tank it doesn't want to fill up, unless I have it at a very precise angle which takes about 10 attempts to find.

3) The previous owner cut the wiring loom out for the sterio, I am not sure if this effects things or if it's wired ot the same circuit however my clock and all the lighting behind the fan switches does not light up, any idea which wire on the sterio loom, or fuses effect this?

cd fuse is the top left one
