Need to get my timing belt changed will I need to change the water pump aswell

you dont have to if you dont want but its always best to get it changed at the same time as its alot easier, also you could change your timing belt & not the water pump but a few months later the water pump could pack up then you wil have to change the timing belt again :)

yh its pays to change the water pump at the sametime, if its a 16v engine and you dont change the waterpump and the timing belt snaps at some because the waterpumps bearings sieze up or fall to bits then it will smash all 16 valves and thats a full top end rebuild and worst a new engine..........
